You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at tryanacondawear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded: items that show signs of wear or use, items without original packaging or tags, items damaged due to customer misuse, and clearance or final sale items marked as such at purchase.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our mistake.
